Digital Products & Services

Due to the nature of digital deliverables, all sales are final once work has begun or files have been delivered. We do not offer refunds on completed brand packages, logo files, or digital downloads.

Revisions

Each service package includes a set number of revisions as outlined in the product description. We are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to refine deliverables within the agreed scope.

Exceptions

If you believe there has been an error or issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will do our best to make it right.
